National Account Controller - Grocery
London HQ (Hybrid)
up to £80,000 plus car allowance, bonus and benefits
Are you a commercially minded sales leader with a strong track record across the Off-Trade? This is an exciting opportunity to step into a high-impact role with a globally recognised drinks brand.
You’ll take ownership of the Off-Trade channel, leading customer relationships and driving commercial performance while supporting the Sales Director during a key trading period.
The Role
- Lead the Off-Trade strategy, managing customer relationships and delivering budgeted volume and profit targets.
- Increase distribution, visibility and availability across multiple channels.
- Use data-led insights to shape action plans and influence customer growth.
- Manage, coach and inspire a team to deliver against business and customer expectations.
- Oversee P&L responsibility for Off-Trade, ensuring commercial return on investment.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven Off-Trade leadership experience within FMCG (ideally food & drink).
- Strong customer management and negotiation skills across grocery, convenience and wider Off-Trade.
- Ability to lead teams, manage P&L and deliver sustainable growth.
- Analytical, commercially savvy, and comfortable working with insight to create action.
- Demonstrable commercial wins and successes
