Role Description
About the Role
We’re hiring a National Account Executive based in our UK Barnsley office. You’ll drive growth for Perrigo UK by achieving turnover and gross profit targets while managing relationships with a Top 4 Grocer.

Key Responsibility: Strategically oversee a selection of Perrigo portfolio brands and customer products, delivering business KPIs through hands-on sales management.
Scope of the Role
Your focus? Profitability, trust, and long-term partnerships. Tangible duties include:
- Strategic Execution: Plan, execute and review sales initiatives to meet targets.
- P&L Oversight: Monitor the financial impact of decisions—budgets, margins, and profit;
- Supply-Coordination: Manage supply chain availability vs. demand to minimise gaps;
- Customer Relationships: Build high-level trust and influence with grocers. Proactive problem-solving ensures longevity;
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (procurement, marketing, logistics).
Success Criteria
- Skills & Experience: Commercial/retail acumen transposable to healthcare markets. Grocery retail knowledge is ideal but not compulsory;
- Mindset: Deals in fundamentals for career progression. Prioritises customer success over short-term gains.
