National Account Executive – Hotels

Company

We are working with a leading frozen bakery supplier that has built a strong reputation across UK foodservice and retail. The business supplies an extensive range of high-quality bakery-led products, including breads, patisserie, savoury bakery, sweet bakery, cakes, cookies, pastries and viennoiserie. With a broad product range, a strong focus on innovation and quality, and a well-established customer base, this is an excellent opportunity to join a respected food business with genuine scope for growth.

Role

The role of National Account Executive will focus on supporting and developing hotel and key account customers. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven candidate looking to step into a customer-facing national account role, managing relationships, supporting growth plans and identifying opportunities to increase distribution across a premium frozen bakery portfolio. Target customers and key account opportunities could include some of the UK’s leading hotel groups and operators, such as Hilton, Accor, IHG, Marriott, Premier Inn / Whitbread and Travelodge.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
