National Account Executive – Contract Catering
Company
We are working with a leading frozen bakery supplier with an established presence across UK foodservice and retail. The business supplies a broad range of high-quality bakery products, including breads, patisserie, savoury bakery, sweet bakery, cakes, cookies, pastries, and viennoiserie. With a strong reputation for quality, innovation, and customer service, the business provides bakery solutions across multiple dayparts, helping customers deliver consistent, high-quality food offers.
Role
The role of National Account Executive will focus on supporting and growing the contract catering channel. This will involve working with key customers across workplace catering, education, healthcare, B&I, and wider contract catering environments, helping to grow distribution, support menu development, and identify new opportunities across the frozen bakery portfolio. Target customers and key account opportunities could include some of the UK’s leading contract caterers, such as Compass Group, Sodexo, Aramark, and Elior.

Requirements
We are looking for a commercially minded candidate with foodservice sales, account management, or business development experience, ideally with knowledge of contract catering or national foodservice customers. Experience within bakery, frozen food, desserts, savoury bakery, bread, or pastry would be a bonus, but the key requirement is a proactive, customer-focused approach and the ability to build strong commercial relationships. Candidates must be based close to London, with the ability to travel to customers and the office when required.

Benefits
The package includes a basic salary of £45,000 to £50,000 depending on experience, company car, bonus/commission, and benefits.
