What we’re looking for… We are recruiting for a National Account Executive to take full commercial responsibility for the Ocado account and support the National Account Manager on the Amazon 1P account. As our NAE for Ecommerce you will focus on managing the P&L for Ocado, building a growth-driving promotional and merchandising plan, while also supporting the day-to-day operations of our Amazon Vendor Central relationship. The core of this role is to ensure we deliver category-leading representation and maintain best-in-class partnerships across both platforms. This involves meticulous management of our product listings, promotional calendars, and supply chain to maximise sales and market share. While the role is home-based, there is an expectation of regular travel to AG Barr sites, customer offices, and other 3rd party locations for team meetings and customer visits. As our National Account Executive for Ecommerce you will… Account Management: The NAE will have full P&L responsibility for the Ocado account and will support the National Account Manager on the Amazon 1P account. They will be responsible for achieving all agreed-upon Key Performance Indicators across both accounts, including invoiced revenue, contribution, new product development, distribution, availability, and visibility. Insight & Data: Responsible for analysing sales data and digital shelf metrics to provide insights that will inform our commercial strategy. Use IRI/Kantar, Vendor Central, and other data sources to monitor performance and identify growth opportunities. Relationships: Develop strong working relationships with key direct contacts at Amazon and Ocado, particularly within buying, promotions, logistics, and planning teams. Manage relationships with any 3rd party agencies providing support (e.g. Ads Agencies) to ensure they are delivering against our objectives. Build a strong internal network to ensure alignment and effective execution of plans. Communication: Ensure clear and concise communication with internal and external stakeholders. Provide regular updates on performance, promotions, and any issues that may impact the business. Promotional Activity: In collaboration with the National Account Manager, the NAE will be responsible for the creation, execution, and compliance of all promotional activities on Amazon and Ocado. This includes loading promotions into relevant systems and analysing their effectiveness to ensure a positive return on investment. Management of Work: Responsible for completing all necessary administrative tasks in a timely and accurate manner, adhering to both internal and external processes and deadlines.

What you’ll bring… Proven experience in a National Account Executive, Ecommerce, or similar commercial role within the FMCG sector. Direct experience managing or supporting major grocery multiples or pure-play online retailers (experience with an Amazon Vendor relationship and/or Ocado is a significant advantage). Strong commercial acumen with a clear understanding of P&L management and promotional planning. Highly numerate and analytical, with proven experience using data (e.g., IRI, Kantar, Nielsen) to drive commercial decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrable ability to work independently, manage a varied workload, and meet deadlines. Proficient in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365. Full UK driving license. Desirable: Educated to a degree level in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Experience in creating and managing Joint Business Plans (JBPs). Knowledge of supply chain and demand forecasting within an ecommerce context. Experience with online merchandising and optimising the digital shelf.
