National Account Executive – Morrisons Home Based
Are you looking for the next step in your FMCG sales career? Or maybe you're a retail buyer looking to sit on the other side of the table?
This is an opportunity to take ownership of a major UK grocery account, working with one of the country's most important retailers while developing the commercial, strategic and relationship-building skills needed to progress your career in National Accounts.
As National Account Executive, you'll play a key role in delivering growth across the Morrisons business. You'll have real responsibility from day one, working closely with senior customer contacts and cross-functional teams to develop and execute plans that drive performance and unlock new opportunities.

You'll be involved in: • Managing and growing a key grocery account • Building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders • Developing and executing joint business plans • Analysing performance data and identifying growth opportunities • Delivering promotional plans and evaluating results • Collaborating with Category, Finance, Supply Chain, Field Sales and Marketing teams • Influencing decision-making through insight-led recommendations
We're looking for someone who: • Has experience within FMCG sales, account management or a commercial environment • Enjoys building relationships and influencing others • Is commercially curious and comfortable working with data and insights • Has strong organisational and communication skills • Takes ownership, shows initiative and thrives in a fast-paced environment • Is ambitious and looking to develop a long-term career in National Account Management
