National Account Manager

Are you an ambitious NAE ready to step into your first NAM role? Or perhaps you're already a National Account Manager looking for greater ownership, bigger customers and the chance to make a genuine impact?

This high-growth food business is on a mission to revolutionise its category. Backed by significant investment, led by an impressive leadership team and partnering with every major UK grocery retailer, they are entering an exciting new phase of growth and transformation.

With a strong turnover, a market-leading position in their category and ambitious plans for the future, this is a business that combines the pace and energy of a challenger brand with the backing, infrastructure and investment needed to win. Culture is evolving rapidly under a new leadership team who are raising the bar across the organisation. They are looking for bright, ambitious and commercially minded people who are hungry to learn, eager to take ownership and excited by the opportunity to help shape the future of the business.

As the new National Account Manager, from day one, you'll lead on a significant grocery P&L, managing a major Top 4 retailer or a portfolio of key grocery customers. You'll work closely with an experienced Sales Director and senior leadership team, giving you exposure, development and progression opportunities that are difficult to find elsewhere.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
