National Account Manager – Top4/High Street

Own Top Retail Accounts with a Global FMCG Leader

Job Description

Looking for a commercial role where you can truly own key retail partnerships and drive a multi-million-pound brand portfolio? One of the world’s most successful FMCG giants is hunting for a sharp, high-autonomy Customer Development Manager to spearhead joint business planning (JBP) and commercial strategy with major UK retailers. This isn't about simply maintaining an account; you'll have full P&L accountability driving sales, forecasting meticulously, and executing impactful in-store excellence and new product introductions to capture incremental growth. If you possess a proven track record of commercial success in a fast-paced FMCG environment, thrive on building high-level stakeholder relationships, and want a role that offers a highly competitive benefits package with exceptional scope for career progression, let's have a conversation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
