About the Company
Eleanor Bowmer Ltd is a textile design and illustration studio based in Manchester in the North West of England. We are known for vibrant, print-led designs and carefully curated products that showcase a strong love of color and pattern. Eleanor Bowmer produces a range of lifestyle and home wears to make your home more colourful.
Team members join a growing, design-focused business where originality, quality, and visual impact are central to the brand. The company offers a collaborative environment for individuals who appreciate contemporary design and want to contribute to a distinctive creative identity.
The Opportunity
We are not looking for an account manager.
We are looking for a growth driver. A strategic sales leader who lives and breathes retail partnerships. We have ambitious growth plans for new partnerships and the opportunity within our existing retailer base is significant — and we need someone who can unlock it.
This role is about ownership. You will represent Eleanor Bowmer at the highest level across major UK supermarkets, key retail accounts, and licensing partners. You will build proactive, strategic partnerships that drive sell-through, expand SKU count, increase doors, and materially grow revenue. Most importantly — we need someone to drive this area of the business forward with authority, pace, and commercial sharpness.
The Role
This is a commercial role focused on accelerating growth across wholesale and key retail accounts.
You will:
- Drive sales growth across existing key accounts through proactive commercial partnerships.
- Open new doors — particularly within UK supermarkets and strategic retail groups.
- Increase SKU penetration and space within core retailers.
- Maximise the potential of our licensing partnerships.
- Build and execute robust account plans that deliver both revenue growth and margin targets.
This is about strategic sales — not reactive order taking.
You will be expected to identify opportunities before the retailer does, bring ideas to the table, and position Eleanor Bowmer as a must-stock, high-performing brand.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
