Salary: £45k–£50k + company bonus Location: Coventry

ENB are collaborating with a well-known workplace uniform provider seeking an experienced and proactive National Account Manager to join their growing team and foster long-term client relationships.

About the Role

In this esteemed position, you will serve as the trusted advisor to your dedicated client portfolio. Responsibilities include:

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Maintain proactive communication with high-growth accounts
  • Cultivate strong, long-term client relationships with key stakeholders
  • Resolve high-impact or escalated issues with urgency and professionalism
  • Work cross-functionally to meet and exceed client expectations
  • Identify upselling, cross-selling, and referral opportunities
  • Drive structured client review meetings, providing actionable insights
  • Monitor account performance, market trends, and client Hopes for evolution
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements that elevate client experience
