Salary: £45k–£50k + company bonus Location: Coventry
ENB are collaborating with a well-known workplace uniform provider seeking an experienced and proactive National Account Manager to join their growing team and foster long-term client relationships.
About the Role
In this esteemed position, you will serve as the trusted advisor to your dedicated client portfolio. Responsibilities include:

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Maintain proactive communication with high-growth accounts
- Cultivate strong, long-term client relationships with key stakeholders
- Resolve high-impact or escalated issues with urgency and professionalism
- Work cross-functionally to meet and exceed client expectations
- Identify upselling, cross-selling, and referral opportunities
- Drive structured client review meetings, providing actionable insights
- Monitor account performance, market trends, and client Hopes for evolution
- Contribute to ongoing improvements that elevate client experience

Required Experience
✔ Proven Account Management experience ✔ Track record in growing B2B accounts (industry specificity not mandatory) ✔ Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills ✔ Ability to engage confidently with all levels of stakeholders ✔ Proactive, solutions-driven approach ✔ Commercial acumen that balances client needs with business goals ✔ High levels of organisation, ownership, and professionalism ✔ A growth mindset with a drive to continually improve ✔ A stable employment record reflecting loyalty and consistency
