STADA UK |Thornton & Ross | Aid - National Account Manager
Remote / Work from home contract | U.K. | Full-time | Permanent
Step into a high-impact National Account Manager role where you’ll shape the success of some of the UK’s best-known consumer healthcare brands.
Working in the dynamic Pharmacy Channel across STADA UK’s Thornton & Ross and Natures Aid portfolios, you’ll own strategic relationships with major national accounts – driving profitable sales, spearheading new product launches, and maximising brand visibility in-store.
You’ll lead larger channel customers, build and execute strategic account plans, negotiate commercial agreements, and deliver against ambitious business objectives. Reporting to the Channel Controller and working closely with a Senior NAM, you’ll have clear support for your development and progression, while also playing a key role in coaching and supporting key account managers across the team.
If you’re a commercially sharp account manager ready to take ownership of sales fundamentals – from profit and distribution to promotional activity and customer engagement – this role puts you at the heart of STADA’s growth in UK pharmacy.
How You Will Make An Impact
- Own customer and market data to unlock opportunities, spot risks, and build Joint Business Plans that grow sales, share, and brand visibility.
- Drive profitable growth by securing smart promotions, optimising prices and investment, and winning incremental opportunities for STADA UK in the Pharmacy Channel.
- Shape customer strategy by influencing retail buyers on must-stock lines, ranges, merchandising and NPD, backed by compelling performance stories and insight.
- Be the trusted face of STADA: build strong relationships across buyers, supply chain, regulatory and internal teams, championing the customer and STADA’s mission and values.
- Deliver best-in-class account management through accurate forecasting, budget control, promotion evaluation, and rigorous stewardship that meets all legal and compliance standards.
- Consistently exceed sales, market share and profit targets while achieving personal objectives and contributing to STADA UK’s reputation in the UK OTC healthcare industry.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
