£41,000 – £55,000 + Car Allowance
We are working with a well-established, design-led business within the home interiors sector, seeking to appoint an experienced National Account Manager.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a creative, fast-paced organisation, taking ownership of key national accounts while driving growth and profitability.
The Role:
You will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of national retail accounts, ensuring strong commercial performance and long-term partnerships.

- Managing and growing key national customer accounts
- Driving sales, margin, and profitability across accounts
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities
- Leading commercial negotiations and agreeing trading terms
- Developing and executing account plans
- Working cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Marketing teams
- Monitoring performance, forecasting, and managing budgets
About You:
- Proven experience in a National Account Manager role
- Strong track record of managing and growing major retail accounts
- Commercially astute with experience in sales, margin, and P&L management
- Confident negotiator with strong stakeholder management skills
- Ideally experience within home, fashion, lifestyle, or creative sectors
- Highly organised with strong communication and analytical skills
