National Account Manager
National Account Manager (Junior) – FMCG
Location: Surrey/Hybrid (1-2 days in the office) Contract Type: Permanent Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 plus car allowance and benefits Reference: TP450326

Position Overview
You'll take ownership of key retail accounts, developing and executing account strategies that drive double-digit growth. This role combines commercial negotiation, product launches, and distribution maximisation to deliver measurable business impact and strengthen customer relationships.

What You’ll Be Doing From Day 1
- Develop and execute account plans prioritising growth opportunities
- Drive product launches and maximise distribution across channels
- Negotiate commercial terms and manage promotional activity
- Control P&L, ensure forecast accuracy and budget expenditure
- Analyse sales data and develop insights-led recommendations
- Build and maintain strong customer and internal relationships
What We Are Looking For
- FMCG experience (UK essential!) in Grocery, Convenience, or Online
- Discounter account management would be a plus!
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (SAP advantageous)
- Strong data analysis skills with commercial acumen
- Negotiation, influencing, and selling abilities
- Degree-level education or equivalent experience
- Proactive, self-motivated, energetic, and results-driven
- Strong personal responsibility, integrity, and adaptability
