About The Role
National Account Manager (Private Sector)
Location: Central England, Midlands or Northwest of England
Contract Type: Full-Time / Permanent
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
Salary: £47,000 per annum plus car allowance
As a National Account Manager, you will be responsible for protecting, retaining, and growing a portfolio of key private sector customers. Through strong relationship management, commercial awareness, and proactive account planning, you will ensure customers receive an exceptional experience while identifying opportunities to increase revenue and strengthen long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a portfolio of national accounts, retaining and growing revenue.
- Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders through regular engagement and account reviews.
- Identify opportunities to introduce additional Restore services and solutions.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline through proactive account planning.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender responses where required.
- Keep CRM records, pipeline updates, forecasts, and reports accurate and up to date.
- Work closely with operational and support teams to deliver excellent customer outcomes.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
- Experience managing and growing B2B customer accounts.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercially aware, with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
- Confident communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Full UK driving license required
