National Account Manager – HSL Plexus
£42,500–£45,000 per annum
Hybrid / Field-Based – National Travel Required

HSL Compliance is looking for a commercially focused and customer-driven National Account Manager to support the continued growth of HSL Plexus.
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of existing customer accounts, strengthen long-term relationships and identify opportunities to expand the use of Plexus technology across customer sites, buildings and regions.
You will work closely with customers, HSL Compliance Account Managers, Regional Directors and colleagues across the wider group to demonstrate how Plexus technology can improve compliance, reduce operational resource, strengthen reporting and support effective risk management.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing and developing the existing HSL Plexus customer portfolio
- Acting as the main commercial contact for customer development and account growth
- Building strong relationships with senior customer stakeholders, operational teams, compliance teams, estates teams and procurement contacts
- Conducting regular customer review meetings to discuss system performance, customer satisfaction and future opportunities
- Identifying opportunities to expand Plexus technology across additional sites, buildings, monitoring points, divisions and regions
- Supporting customers in progressing from initial installations or pilot schemes to wider rollouts
- Creating structured account plans for key customers, including stakeholder maps, growth opportunities, risks and next steps
- Working alongside HSL Compliance Account Managers, Regional Directors and group companies to identify suitable Plexus opportunities
- Attending customer meetings to explain the Plexus solution and demonstrate its commercial, operational and compliance benefits
- Coordinating with technical, operational, customer support and compliance teams to ensure customer requirements are managed effectively
- Maintaining accurate CRM records, account plans, customer activity, pipeline information and growth forecasts
- Identifying opportunities for customer case studies, testimonials and reference sites
- Travelling nationally to attend customer and internal stakeholder meetings

What We’re Looking For
- Experience managing and developing existing B2B customer accounts
- A proven ability to identify account growth, upselling, cross-selling or wider rollout opportunities
- Experience within a technical, compliance, water hygiene, facilities management, SaaS, IoT or service-led environment would be advantageous
- Strong commercial awareness and a customer-focused approach
- Confidence building relationships with operational and senior-level stakeholders
- The ability to explain technical solutions clearly and practically
- Experience conducting customer reviews and creating structured account plans
- Strong organisation, planning and CRM management skills
- A proactive, professional and self-motivated approach
- The ability to work effectively across multiple internal teams
- Flexibility to travel throughout the UK
- A full UK driving licence
