National Account Manager – Grocery & Health Retail
Consumer Health & Nutrition | Central London (Hybrid – 2 days in office)
Are you a commercially driven National Account Manager (NAM) looking for your next challenge with a brand that’s genuinely going places?
We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established consumer health & nutrition brand with strong retail distribution and a real ambition to grow. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone already operating at NAM level to take ownership of a portfolio of grocery and health retail accounts, including some exciting new doors to explore.
About the Role
You'll join a close-knit commercial team and take full ownership of a defined accounting portfolio. With a mix of established partnerships and new business to grow, this role allows you to make tangible commercial impact from day one.

Key Responsibilities
- Owner and management of a portfolio of Grocery and Health Retail accounts
- Development and execution of Joint Business Plans to drive sustainable growth
- Leadership of commercial negotiations around pricing, promotions, and ranging
- Identification and unlocking of new growth opportunities within accounts
- Use of data and category insight to inform strategy and range decisions
- Cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain
- Clear and confident reporting on performance to senior stakeholders

Essential Requirements
- Already operating at NAM level in FMCG (no stretch position required)
- Proven experience managing grocery or health retail accounts
- Strong commercial acumen and effective negotiation skills
- Confidence leveraging data and category insights
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Career trajectory thriving in fast-paced environments
- Bonus points for interest in health, wellness, or nutrition
