National Account Manager

£45k + £5k car allowance + company bonus
Location: Remote - HQ is in West Midlands

ENB are working with a well-known workplace uniform provider who are looking for an experienced and proactive National Account Manager to join a growing team and play a key role in developing long-term client relationships.

In this role, you will be the trusted advisor to your own portfolio of clients, delivering an exceptional customer experience while identifying opportunities to support growth and strengthen partnerships. You will work closely with teams across the business to ensure clients receive outstanding service, innovative solutions, and measurable results.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, taking ownership and making a genuine impact within a values-driven business.

Day to Day

  • Be proactive with communicating with active growing accounts across your client portfolio
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders
  • Resolve high-impact or escalated client issues with urgency, professionalism, and empathy
  • Work collaboratively with Design, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to deliver excellent client outcomes
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and referrals within existing accounts
  • Lead structured client review meetings and provide valuable performance insights
  • Monitor account performance, market trends, and client developments to support future growth
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing the client experience

Experience:

  • A proven track record within an Account Management role
  • Experience of growing B2B customer accounts – industry experience is open
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • The ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to balance client needs and business objectives
  • High levels of organization, ownership, and professionalism
  • A growth mindset with the ambition to continuously develop and improve
  • Someone who can demonstrate stability within their employment.
