National Account Manager - Impulse

About the Role

Key responsibilities: Full Management of customers in our Convenience channel including Booker, Spar, and forecourts.
Daily Activities:
- Budget planning and P&L management
- Range review proposals
- Joint business plans
- Support in listing new product lines
- Promotional plan delivery
- Collaboration with supply chain to ensure stock availability
- Addressing stock gaps and proper online product positioning
- Stock forecasting
- Utilising retailer systems
- Reviewing on-going promotions

External Accountabilities: Regular attendance at client meetings Building key relationships with supply chain, formats, merchandising, buyers, and promotional planning teams Regular store visits to review execution against competitors

Internal Collaboration: Development and optimisation of product ranges with category teams Sell-in stories for new products Strategising media spend with Shopper Marketing in alignment with marketing plans

Team Contributions: Supporting Impulse team to meet annual targets Collaborating with business functions (operations, finance, customer service, and NPD)
Reporting To: Head of Impulse
About You
Along with embodying our TOP Values, we seek an individual with:

** Preferred Background**: Existing National Account Manager or Key Account Manager

Essential Criteria:
- Right-to-work within the UK (without sponsorship)
- Minimum education level: Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years Account Management experience (focused on FMCG buyers)
- Results driven with an aptitude for achieving account/channel targets
- Numerically strong with proficiency in P&L and margin analysis
- Exceptional selling skills for buyer engagement and team influence
- Outstanding organisational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Passion for health and well-being

Location & Working Conditions
This is a full-time position at beautiful offices in St Albans, with four days per week spent on-site.
