National Account Manager
National Account Manager | Housewares / Consumer Electronics
Need a proven track record of managing large-scale retailers and extensive experience in key retail chains?
Macgregor Black are partnering with a Global Market Leading Housewares / Consumer Electronics brand, on the search for a National Account Manager (based in office 3 days per week).
As the National Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing long-term key customers by deepening your understanding of their requirements and fostering strong strategic relationships. Your role will focus on sustaining and growing our business for long-term success.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture relationships with existing accounts
- Deeply analyse and understand key customer needs and requirements
- Create tailored sales strategies for each major client
- Expand relationships by proposing solution-driven approaches that align with customer objectives
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers
- Act as the primary liaison between key customers and internal teams
- Proactively address and resolve issues, manage complaints, and maintain trust
- Play an integral role in generating new sales to build long-lasting customer relationships
- Prepare and present regular reports of progress and forecasts to stakeholders using key account metrics

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience working with key national retailers, such as Costco and/ou major grocers
- 2-3 years minimum proven successful experience within national sales
- Experience with online market research
- Direct experience with P&L (Profit & Loss) responsibility
- Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
