Our Client
Our client is an innovative and fast-growing wholesale food business, supplying a diverse range of food and drink products to the hospitality sector across the UK. By combining technology with a more sustainable and transparent supply chain, they are transforming the way professional kitchens source their ingredients. Partnering with a broad portfolio of hospitality customers, they continue to experience significant growth, making this an exciting opportunity to join the business at a pivotal stage of its journey.
The Role
Reporting to the Commercial Director, this role will be responsible for managing a portfolio of restaurant customers, building long-term partnerships and ensuring they receive an exceptional level of service.
Working closely with the Procurement and Operations teams, you will take the time to understand each customer's needs, helping them find the right product solutions while supporting their long-term success.

Responsibilities include
- Building trusted, long-term relationships with a portfolio of hospitality customers and supporting their ongoing needs
- Working collaboratively with Procurement and Operations teams to deliver tailored product solutions
- Supporting customers through new opportunities, product launches and service improvements
- Leading customer meetings, proposals and contract discussions where required
- Monitoring account performance and providing accurate forecasting and reporting
- Championing sustainability and helping customers make informed purchasing decisions
- Contributing to a collaborative team environment and supporting the development of colleagues

Required Experience
- 5+ years' experience in Account Management or a customer-facing commercial role within the hospitality or foodservice sector
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple customer accounts
- Commercially aware, with the ability to identify opportunities to add value for customers
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced, growing business
- Passionate about the hospitality sector!
