National Account Manager

National Account Manager – Healthcare & Consumer Products (Commercial Growth Opportunity)

Shape the future of a growing commercial channel.

We’re partnering with a leading international business supplying well-known healthcare and consumer products across multiple retail channels. As the organisation scales its commercial growth, we’re seeking an experienced National Account Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of strategic wholesale customers while expanding into new routes to market.

This is a commercially focused role blending account development, business development, and strategic planning. You’ll have the autonomy to spot opportunities, negotiate partnerships, and shape the future of emerging customer channels.

The Opportunity

You’ll oversee an existing portfolio of national accounts, while leading the commercial expansion of a developing customer sector. By collaborating with marketing, finance, supply chain, and senior leadership, you’ll forge long-term partnerships driving sustainable growth.

Ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of relationship management, new business acquisition, and strategic commercial influence.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
