Over the last 10 years we have worked with businesses as Biophilic Design & Biodiversity Consultants.
At Urban Planters we help people understand how they can improve nature's impact on their customers and staff while boosting productivity, increasing sustainability, supporting nature, and enhancing well-being.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

The role will be supported by the Head of Sales & Commercial, the Sales Director and Local Sales teams to find new customers and opportunities for the business. When new business is won, there will be a responsibility for the ongoing account management of that customer. It is expected that the role will consist of approximately 60% account management and 40% new business development activity. The role is a mixture of working from home and local branches, but travel across the UK to visit existing & potential customers will be expected; there will be occasional requirements to stay away from home overnight.
