National Account Manager - Amazon
Italian Speaking National Account Manager – Amazon Central London | Hybrid Working
We're partnering with a successful international retail manufacturing business to recruit an Italian Speaking National Account Manager to take ownership of one of their most strategic customers – Amazon.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organisation where you'll play a key role in driving sales, developing commercial strategies, and building long-term partnerships.
The Role
As National Account Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing the Amazon account across the Italian market, ensuring continued growth through strong commercial planning, relationship management, and data-driven decision-making.
- Working closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance) to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Identifying opportunities to maximise revenue and profitability while forecasting sales and managing budgets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop the Amazon account for the Italian market.
- Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.
- Deliver sales growth through effective account planning and commercial strategy.
- Lead annual negotiations, promotional planning, and joint business plans.
- Analyse sales performance, market trends, and customer data to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure excellent execution of customer plans.
- Monitor competitor activity and recommend commercial initiatives to maintain market share.

About You
- Fluent in both Italian and English (written and spoken) – essential.
- Proven experience managing national retail or e-commerce accounts.
- Previous experience working with Amazon is highly beneficial.
- Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation skills.
- Confident analysing sales data and using insights to drive business decisions.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other commercial reporting tools.
