National Account Manager BEAR UK
Lotus Natural Foods, the healthy snacking division of Lotus Bakeries and a portfolio of 5 incredible brands; BEAR, TREK, nakd. Kiddylicious and Peter’s Yard, all having their own distinct proposition and role within our business.

Manage P&L and forecasting of assigned accounts and deliver value, volume and GP% metrics
To build unrivalled cross functional relationships with key customer contacts across buying, supply chain, category & format teams Work with the Category Manager to deliver killer insights that drive significant business benefit
Deliver top class visibility and penetration through bringing BEAR alive in stores (POS, secondary displays, samplings) and online.
Utilise customer systems to maximise our sales including influencing availability, compliance, promotion management Work with BEAR field sales team to ensure delivery of strong local activation Alongside living our TOP values, we are looking for someone who: You will likely be an existing National Account Manager with experience of working on Grocery accounts. You might also be an awesome National Account Executive looking for the next step up.

Results driven – you can show examples of strong, tangible business results that you have led personally in customer
Resilience and tenacity – obstacles don’t hold you back and you work effectively when faced with a tough buyer or tricky negotiation
Analytical – you are all over the data and can bring new and relevant insights on your accounts
Great relationship builder – you are personable and have a collaborative attitude to working with the buyer, getting the result we need for BEAR but in a responsible and natural manner
A natural BEAR – you are a great fit for the team

Experience in snack/cereal category Online and Digital sales experience
