Overview:
We are looking for a Sales superstar to oversee our High Street, Convenience and DIY customers with a particular focus on the Beauty category. Based in our Frimley office and reporting to our UK Wholesale, High Street, Export, DIY and Discounter Channel lead, this role plays a pivotal part in the UK sales organization, helping to drive sales and working directly with other departments on a day-to-day basis (including category, brand experience, operations and finance). At LSB we look for those with initiative and passion level to make a difference.

Championing a wide range of customers, you will take full responsibility for your accounts and question the organisation to give you what you need for success. Keep up to date with the channel’s ever-changing landscape and advance plans to maximise growth. There will be a particular focus in growing our Personal Care portfolio within the Beauty category in the biggest High Street retailers.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver operating budget for your accounts. Be resourceful and employ innovative sales and marketing solutions to deliver value, gross margin, and volume targets for your customers.
  • Oversee the trade terms, agreements, price increases and promotional plans.
  • Take care of and maintain a bottom-up plan and provide clarity to the UK WHEDD Channel lead on an on-going basis as to performance vs expectations.
  • Develop commercial solutions to issues and ensure stretching targets are set with clear rationales as to growth levers and execution plans.
  • Championing a diverse portfolio of customers, you will take full responsibility for your accounts and question the organisation to give you what you need for success.
  • Keep up to date with the channel’s ever-changing landscape and advance plans to maximise growth.
  • Develop a strong network amongst your distributors to unlock growth and new distribution opportunities.
  • Build compelling stories and sell with impact to build sustainable distribution, sales and profitability of existing and NPD lines within the customer.
  • Collaborate with supply chain on the forecast. Using data examination and through collaborative work with supply chain team, deliver planned sales in line with the monthly forecast.
  • Develop a spend savvy promotional plan for your customers RoI of key activity and use commercial / category insight to influence future plans whilst seeking risk and experimenting with new mechanics.

Experience You’ll Bring

  • A trailblazer mindset, excited to test new ideas, learn quickly and turn insights into action that drives growth.
  • A strong commercial and customer‑focused approach, able to build and deliver effective plans for brands and retailers (High Street / Beauty experience a plus).
  • Confidence using market and performance data to identify opportunities and deliver profitable results.
  • A proactive, hands‑on self‑starter, who thrives in fast‑paced environments and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves to make things happen.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to influence, present and bring ideas to life.
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a strong attention to detail.
  • A driven, growth‑focused mindset, with strong Excel and MS Office skills and the ability to create compelling, insight‑led presentations.
