Sales Account Management – Senior Associate (Wholesale Channel Lead)
Lifestyle Brands (LSB), a growing house of like-minded brands under the SC Johnson umbrella including Method®, Mrs. Meyer’s Clean Day®, Babyganics®, and Ecover®, is based in Frimley, Surrey. About the Role
The LSB division of SC Johnson, a family-owned manufacturer of household products, seeks a Sales superstar to lead our High Street, Convenience, and DIY customers, with a particular focus on the Beauty category. This role reports to the UK Wholesale, High Street, Export, DIY and Discounter Channel Lead and will oversee sales growth strategy—and strong commercial collaboration across categories, brand experience, operations, and finance.
Location & Employment Details
- Location: Frimley, Surrey
- Contract type: Permanent
- Remainacity note: Role not eligible for relocation
- Remote flexibility: Eligible employees will have 1 remote day per week
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and growth by delivering operating budgets within assigned accounts, employing innovative commercial and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with channel leaders to achieve gross margin, volume, and POS targets for tactically determine trade terms, promotions, and pricing.
- Optimise existing and NPD distribution by building distributor relationships and supply chain cooperation, enabling profitable expansion.
- Develop data-backed solutions to align performance with expectations, setting stretching targets facilitated by decisive growth levers.
- Advocate for customer-centric incentives that align with sustainability and profit retention within the Beauty portfolio, particularly in High Street formats.
- Leverage LSB values in fostering a collaborative culture, aligning operations with company behaviours.

Core Skills & Experience

- Commercial acumen: Building plans for brands and retailers, with bonus for High Street/Brand Beauty experience.
- Data confidence: Stretching market insights into profitable results.
- Hands-on approach: Thriving in dynamic environments, ready to deliver high-visibility partnerships.
- Relationship-building & negotiation: Proactive communication, presentation, and relationship-cultivation skills.
- Organisational agility: Managing complexity while maintaining precision and execution (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint proficiency).
