Location: Field based, regular travel to our Head Office in Gatwick

Salary: Up To £45,000 Depending On Experience

Position Summary

We’re looking for a commercially driven National Account Manager to join our Nestlé Professional team, focused on accelerating growth across our Commercial Channels, including high street, leisure, pubs, casual dining and more. The primary focus being to successfully launch and scale New Product Development (NPD).

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving new business, launching innovative food and beverage solutions, and building long-term customer partnerships that deliver sustainable growth and incremental revenue streams.

A Little Bit About Us

Nestlé Professional (“NP”) is our Business-to-Business foodservice arm, which specialises in the Out of Home solutions market. The unrivalled portfolio of NP includes food brands such as MAGGI and renowned Coffee brands including ‘We Proudly Serve’ STARBUCKS and NESCAFE. NP operates successfully in an enormous marketplace and is an ambitious growth driver for Nestlé. The team’s aim is to unlock category growth for NP and its partners, through its range of branded, creative food and beverage solutions.

Your impact

Operating across a broad range of commercial channels both existing and emerging this role sits at the centre of commercial, marketing, and innovation, translating NPD strategy into compelling customer propositions and building long-term, high-value partnerships.

You will also:

  • Win new business: Identify and convert high-value opportunities across commercial channels, building a strong, scalable pipeline.
  • Commercialise innovation: Bring Nestlé’s food and beverage NPD to life through compelling customer propositions and impactful launches.
  • Grow key partnerships: Develop strategic account plans, strengthen senior relationships, and unlock long-term growth opportunities.
  • Own performance: Lead negotiations and manage pricing, margin, and forecasts to deliver profitable growth.
  • Execute brilliantly: Work cross-functionally to ensure seamless delivery of customer plans and in-market activation.
  • Lead cross-functional delivery: Act as the commercial lead across Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and Category.
  • Align end-to-end delivery: Ensure demand generation, operations and financial performance are connected.
  • Deliver results: Own revenue, margin, pipeline targets and forecast accuracy.

Your ingredients for success

To be successful, you’ll already have some fantastic sales experience whether that be as a National Account Manager or experience National Account Executive. You will be passionate, tenacious; results focused and enjoy working in a highly energetic and exciting environment.

You will also:

  • Have proven experience of securing new business and driving sustainable, profitable performance.
  • Demonstrate great commercial acumen, including negotiation, pricing, and financial management.
  • Be able to translate insight and innovation into customer-focused, commercially viable solutions.
  • Have experiencing of building effective relationships and influencing a wide range of stakeholders and decision makers.
  • Have excellent organisational skills, with a structured and data-led approach to decision making.
  • Ideally, have experience working within a foodservice/FMCG environment would be advantageous.
  • Be courageous, we’re not afraid to think differently and embrace new ideas. We want you to disrupt what we do in the right way to drive great results and change.
  • Have a UK driving license and be willing to travel to key customers across the UK, a large majority of which are based in the South East.
