The role:
- Take full ownership of some of our clients’ largest and most strategically important Foodservice accounts, building strong relationships across buying teams, operators, and key stakeholders
- Lead the delivery of the UK Foodservice growth strategy, driving brand penetration, distribution, and commercial performance across the channel
- Use your Foodservice expertise and market knowledge to identify new opportunities, unlock growth, and develop long-term customer partnerships
- Identify, develop, and champion Private Label opportunities, working closely with customers to create commercially successful food solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across Foodservice customers, influencing at all levels from procurement through to operations and culinary teams
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, category, supply chain, and NPD to deliver customer plans and bring exciting food propositions to market
- Apply strong commercial thinking and a genuine passion for food to identify opportunities, negotiate effectively, and deliver exceptional account growth
- Play a key role in an exciting growth journey, helping shape and accelerate the future of the Foodservice channel

Ideal candidate:
- You will have strong Foodservice sales experience, ideally gained within FMCG food, with a deep understanding of operators, customers, and channel dynamics
- A genuine passion for food, with the ability to understand customer needs and translate insight into compelling commercial solutions
- Ideally you will have experience working with branded food products, alongside exposure to Private Label and end-to-end supply chain considerations
- A proven track record of growing Foodservice accounts, winning new business, and delivering sustainable commercial results
- Strong selling, influencing, and negotiation skills with the ability to build credibility with customers at all levels
- Commercially astute with the ability to develop strategic account plans and create propositions that deliver value for both the customer and the business

- This is a home-based role with c2-3 days per week in Central London, with the remainder working from home or visiting customers
- Salary is dependent on experience, with company car or allowance, strong bonus opportunity, pension, private medical, and gym benefits
