Overview:

We're looking for a commercially curious, ambitious salesperson to join our UK Sales team and help grow some of the UK's most-loved brands across our High Street, and DIY customers.

Based in our Frimley office and reporting to our UK Wholesale, High Street, Export, DIY and Discounter Channel lead, this role has a particular focus on the Beauty category, and we're especially interested in people who have experience working with customers such as Boots, Superdrug or similar retailers (but it’s not a must!).

You'll own a portfolio of customers, spot opportunities for growth, build great relationships and work closely with teams across the business to bring ideas to life. Whether it's launching new products, developing customer plans or solving challenges along the way, you'll play a key role in driving our business forward.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with FMCG sales experience who is ready to step up, take ownership, make a real impact and accelerate their commercial career.

At LSB, we love people who bring energy, curiosity and a "let's find a way" attitude. If you're someone who enjoys getting stuck in, challenging the status quo and turning ideas into action, we'd love to hear from you!

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
