About the Role

We are partnered with a highly successful, privately-owned consumer goods business that has built an outstanding reputation within the non-food FMCG sector. With a heritage spanning several decades, the business has grown into a recognised market leader, supplying some of the UK's largest retailers with innovative, high-quality and premium products across branded, licensed and own-label categories.

With a turnover exceeding £100m and ambitious plans for continued growth, this is an exciting time to join the organisation. The business has developed strong, long-standing partnerships with major retailers across grocery, general merchandise and online channels, becoming a trusted category partner through its ability to combine product innovation, manufacturing expertise and commercial agility.

Following continued investment and future expansion plans into new categories, they are now looking to strengthen their commercial team with the appointment of a high-calibre National Account Manager.

Why This Role?

  • A high-impact National Account Manager position responsible for one of the business's largest and most strategically important retail partnerships.
  • Ownership of a multi-million-pound customer P&L, managing key relationships across major UK retail accounts.
  • Opportunity to influence customer strategy, drive category growth and identify new commercial opportunities.
  • A role focused on growth, innovation and relationship development, rather than simply account maintenance.
  • Inherit a well-established customer relationship with a strong handover period, allowing you to build on existing foundations.
  • Work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to shape future commercial plans.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
