Our Client
We are working with one of the UK's most exciting food brands, combining a fantastic product proposition with ambitious growth plans and significant investment behind the business!
Already well established within their category, the brand is now entering its next phase of growth, with major opportunities to expand distribution and visibility across front-of-store and food-to-go channels.
With substantial headroom to grow existing customer partnerships and exciting untapped opportunities across the wider grocery market, this is a fantastic time to join the journey.
You'll be joining a collaborative, entrepreneurial team where ideas are welcomed, success is shared, and individuals are empowered to make a genuine impact on the direction of the business.
The Opportunity
This is a newly created National Account Manager role, responsible for managing two of the UK's largest grocery retailers: Tesco and Sainsbury's.
Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, you'll take ownership of developing and executing customer plans that drive sustainable growth across these strategic accounts. You'll have the opportunity to influence category expansion, unlock new supply opportunities and help shape how the brand wins in-store.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
