Senior Associate, Sales Account Management (FMCG/Grocery – Asda & Morrisons Cover)
About the Role
We are searching for a brilliant National Account Manager to join our UK Grocery team, reporting directly to the Channel Controller – Grocery based in Frimley, Surrey. This is a fixed-term contract (approx. 12 months) to cover maternity leave.

Responsibilities
Customer Strategy & Growth
- Develop and deliver customer-focused growth strategies, identifying opportunities and crafting winning plans aligned with sustainable value creation.
- Own and execute annual business plans, driving sales targets, profit, ROI, distribution, and growth for Asda and Morrisons accounts.
Relationships & Value Creation
- Lead trade negotiations (price, promotions, terms) to maximise mutual value for both customers and LSB.
- Partner with stakeholders across all levels within our businesses, UK chains, and internal teams to align and support customer plans.
Operational Excellence
- Master account management fundamentals: forecasting, financial planning, performance tracking, and reporting with meticulous accuracy.
- Champion LSB’s bias for action and values — driving a collaborative culture that continuity depends on.
What You’ll Bring

- Proven track record in FMCG/Supermarket Account Management, with tangible growth results.
- Experience in building, owning, and operationalizing annual customer business plans, with commercial dealings at stakeholder level.
- Versatile mindset to juggle financial acumen (P&L management), data insights, and big-client negotiations.
- Exceptional relationship-building ability with complete confidence in storytelling—turning data into engaging propositions.
- A passion for sustainability and purpose-led brands, with real curiosity around purpose-aligned business growth.
- A proactive, resilienttet mentality: unstoppable under pressure, relentlessly driven to excel, and thrives in competitive team settings.
