National Account Manager (Grocery)
Permanent | Hybrid | Milton Keynes (3 days per week) £55,000 + £3,000 car allowance + up to 20% bonus + excellent benefits

The Opportunity
This is a newly created National Account Manager position responsible for managing two of the UK's biggest grocery retailers, Tesco and Sainsbury's.
Working closely with the Head of Sales, you'll play a key role in driving commercial performance across these strategic accounts while helping shape the future direction of the business. With a small commercial team, you'll have real ownership, visibility and the opportunity to challenge ideas, influence strategy and make a measurable difference.

The Candidate Profile
- Experience managing UK grocery retail accounts within branded FMCG.
- Exposure to Tesco and/or Sainsbury's would be advantageous, although candidates managing other major grocery retailers will also be considered.
- Experience owning and managing a P&L.
- A commercially minded individual with strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Driven, ambitious and proactive, with the confidence to challenge ideas and bring fresh thinking.
- Someone looking to join a growing business where they can genuinely influence success.
Package & Working Model
- Competitive base salary (Up to £55k) plus car allowance, bonus and comprehensive benefits
- Flexible hybrid working model with approximately three days per week in the Milton Keynes office
