Job Title: National Account Manager - MOMA (Grocers)

Location: Hybrid - 1-2 days per week from Farringdon.

What we’re looking for…

We’re hiring a National account manager to help accelerate growth within the grocery channel (Grocery mults, online, discounters). MOMA is the fastest growing brand in dairy alternative milk and this is an opportunity to be a key member of the sales team in an exciting ‘scale up’ phase for the business as we look to triple the MOMA business by 2030.

You’ll manage key accounts on our oat-based portfolio across the oat milk, cereals & iced coffee categories creating compelling category & commercial propositions to grow existing business & unlock new distribution. You’ll manage customer relationships, pitch and land innovation, agree & execute shopper marketing plans & own the joint business plans with your accounts, working closely with the wider sales, marketing & supply chain teams.

This is a broad role that will suit a proactive sales professional that enjoys working with all key business functions, across multiple customers in a fast-paced environment


Your responsibilities will include;

  • Lead the relationship & delivery of budget targets for your accounts (specific accounts will depend on the candidate)
  • Utilise category & consumer insights to unlock new distribution with existing customers & land the exciting innovation pipeline.
  • Seek out and unlock new business across the Grocery channel.
  • Manage the trade spend (shopper marketing & promotions) to deliver strong ROI in support of account budget targets.
  • Work with the Head of Grocery to develop best in class pitch decks & selling stories.
  • Lead customer sell in meetings & attend key trade shows with the MOMA team.

What you’ll bring…

  • Experience in account management within an FMCG environment
  • Understanding of P&L management, forecasting, and business development
  • Proven ability to build and deliver joint business plans and negotiate effectively to drive results.
  • Experience in managing senior-level relationships internally and externally. Ability to influence decision-makers and effectively present at various organisational levels.
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency with CRM, forecasting tools, and Google Office.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Lots of energy, positivity and a drive to be part of exciting change!
