The role

We’re looking for a dynamic National Account Manager to drive Filippo Berio’s growth across Morrisons & Co-op. In this pivotal role, you will build influential customer relationships, lead annual account planning, and deliver against ambitious sales, volume, and profit targets. You’ll manage promotional investment, identify new business opportunities, and optimise product availability and merchandising to maximise category performance. Working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Logistics and external retail partners, you’ll act as the key catalyst for brand success, bringing commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and a proactive, results-driven mindset to one of the most iconic brands in the category.

The ideal fit

  • Experience in an Account Manager role or equivalent
  • MUST have experience managing a P&L
  • Discounter, Grocery, Convenience experience is ideal
  • Passion for achievement; integrity and drive with a strong desire to make things happen
  • Is a change champion and pioneers new ideas and approaches
  • Strong, confident communicator with good influencing and interpersonal skills with a capability to flex style when appropriate
  • Comfortable working in a small dynamic team
  • Self starter

Salary
