Premium Food Brand Wiltshire (Onsite) £50,000 – £60,000 + Car Allowance

We’re partnering with a well-established British premium food business with a strong reputation for quality, provenance, and innovation, supplying major UK retailers and premium food channels.


About the Role

As part of continued growth, we’re seeking a National Account Manager to take ownership of key retail relationships and drive commercial growth.

This is a true National Account Manager position, offering full ownership of major retail accounts and a visible role within a growing business.


Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and developing relationships with major UK grocery retailers
  • Leading joint business planning (JBP) to align strategies and deliver commercial targets
  • Driving sales growth, margin improvement, and distribution expansion across assigned accounts
  • Leading commercial negotiations (pricing strategies, promotions, and contracts)
  • Identifying and executing opportunities to enhance brand presence in the market
  • Collaborating cross-functionally (product, supply chain, marketing teams) to deliver results

What We’re Looking For

A strong National Account Manager with:

  • Proven experience in FMCG / food National Account Management
  • ** tracks record in managing grocery retail accounts**
  • Experience delivering Joint Business Plans (JBP) and meaningful account growth
  • Sharp negotiation skills with retail buyers and commercial stakeholders
  • A proactive, hands-on approach, able to operate autonomously and without constant oversight

A background in premium food, fresh produce, or branded FMCG is advantageous but not mandatory.


The Package

  • £50,000 – £60,000 base salary
