  • Develop and execute account plans to deliver sustainable sales and profit growth
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers within national and regional foodservice operators
  • Drive product penetration and distribution growth through our top wholesalers including Bidfood and Brakes
  • Manage and develop existing customer relationships to maximise revenue opportunities and customer retention
  • Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions and account reviews
  • Work closely with internal teams including marketing, design, finance & operations to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer developments to identify growth opportunities
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts and maintain regular account reporting
  • Confidently communicate our sustainability mission, sourcing story and product quality
  • Be a brand ambassador - passionate, credible and commercially sharp

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Our core brand values will need to be inherent in your DNA:

  • You’re not afraid to be wonky

We’re doers. We chase growth and grab opportunities with both hands. Sometimes a bit messy, always with intent. We move fast, focus on what matters, and learn as we go.

  • You’re curiously unsatisfied

We’re never done learning, tweaking, or asking “what if?” The norm doesn’t inspire us, but better, bolder, and different does. We’re comfortable being uncomfortable if it means we keep pushing things forward.

  • Your passion is contagious

We can’t fake our excitement and we wouldn’t want to. Our love for what we do (and our wonky drinks) is contagious. It energises our team, inspires our customers, and brews up genuine joy wherever it goes.

  • You Live Sustainably

Everything we do has the planet in mind and so you’re already choosing sustainability over mass consumption. You root for the brands making a change and you already implement those changes yourself.

  • You do it for the team

We grow by lifting each other up. We celebrate wins, share lessons, and laugh (a lot). Connection fuels us because when we bring our whole, flawed, brilliant selves to the table, that’s when we really thrive.

You’ll benefit from:

  • A fantastic opportunity to be part of one of the UK’s most sustainable juice brand.
  • A clear opportunity to put your mark on our next phase of growth, working with a passionate team.
  • A chance to make a difference by raising the profile of wonky and surplus a new industry standard.
  • A competitive salary
  • Participation in the company share options scheme
  • Plenty of juice to drink at home
