National Account Manager - OPI

THE ROLE The Wella Company is seeking a talented, ambitious and focused National Account Manager to drive profitable sales growth across consumer retail in the UK&I, for our Professional Beauty brands. You will be responsible for leading and accelerating the commercial performance of our premium retail accounts including, but not limited to, John Lewis, Sephora and QVC, with a special focus on driving growth in OPI. You will be accountable for the full commercial management of these retailers, working cross‑functionally to deliver sustainable growth, elevate brand presence, and drive world‑class execution across the online shopper journey. Reporting to the Associate Director, E-Commerce & Premium Retail, this role will champion our ongoing efforts to develop our omnichannel presence. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Own annual operating plans for your customers, including forecasting, P&L, pricing, and promotional strategy Develop and manage the annual JBPs with strategic, cross-functional partners Lead annual trade term / contract negotiations Develop category and brand revenue growth strategies from data, insights, and other market / customer information Build strong relationships with trade marketing and brand teams to execute and grow retail media plans

Deliver on-time product launches and promotions and maximise any / all opportunities to drive incremental sales Work closely with demand and supply chain to ensure accurate forecasting, stock management and smooth ordering processes In collaboration with trade marketing, ensure excellence in digital shelf execution Be a source of expertise for retail, ensuring industry best practice and innovation Drive the premium retail agenda through collaboration and influence decisions with multiple stakeholders (such as sales, trade, brand)
QUALIFICATIONS Essential:
Experience managing QVC as a strategic retail partner Experience managing other major retail partners in the beauty / cosmetics industry
Solid understanding of omnichannel marketing Experience managing P&Ls, budgets and invoices Experience negotiating trade terms / contracts Desire to work in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills High level of attention to detail and excellent time management Ambitious and driven; hungry for success and responsibility Keen problem solver, adept at finding effective, scalable solutions Eager to learn, develop your skills and expand knowledge
Advantageous:
Experience managing luxury department store accounts such as John Lewis or Harrods
