NATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER β UK & EUROPE
π Remote, United Kingdom | Full-Time | Reports to Head of Sales
Are you an experienced National Account Manager who thrives on growing brands in some of the UK and Europe's biggest beauty retailers? This is your opportunity. Bali Body is a cult-status Australian beauty brand with over a decade of heritage in tanning and SPF. Born from the tropical vibes of Bali and built in the Australian sunshine, we've grown from a DTC powerhouse into a globally distributed brand trusted by millions β and we're just getting started.
We are looking for a commercially driven National Account Manager based in the UK to lead and grow our retail partnerships across the UK and Europe. You'll become the key point of contact at Bali Body across the region, building strong relationships with key retailers while working closely with our team in Melbourne to execute our global growth strategy. You will also assess and develop new business opportunities in the region, growing distribution and ultimately sales.
THE ROLE
As National Account Manager of UK & Europe, you'll take ownership of our key retail partnerships across the region, managing day-to-day relationships while identifying opportunities to grow distribution, sales and profitability.
Working remotely from the UK, you'll collaborate closely with our Melbourne-based teams including Sales, Marketing, Operations and Supply Chain to ensure flawless execution across every account.

OUR RETAIL PARTNERS
You will manage and grow relationships with some of the UK and Europe's leading beauty retailers, including:
- Boots UK
- Sainsbury's
- Sephora Europe
- Douglas
...and additional retail and distribution partners across the UK and Europe.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Own and manage major retail accounts across the UK and Europe
- Build strong relationships with buyers and commercial teams to drive long-term growth
- Lead annual joint business planning, range reviews, promotional activity and forecasting
- Identify new opportunities to expand distribution and increase sales within existing accounts

- Work closely with internal management, marketing, operations and supply chain teams to ensure best-in-class execution
- Monitor sales performance, analyse data and provide commercial insights and recommendations
- Represent Bali Body in buyer meetings, industry events and retailer presentations across the region
- Keep the wider business informed of market trends, competitor activity and customer opportunities
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Proven National Account Management experience within beauty, FMCG or consumer brands
- Experience managing major UK retail accounts such as Boots, Sainsbury's or similar national retailers
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to negotiate and grow profitable partnerships
- Confident building long-term relationships with buyers and key stakeholders
- Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment
- Excellent communication skills with experience collaborating across international teams
- Willingness to travel throughout the UK and Europe to meet partners and build relationships
- A beauty enthusiast, with their finger on the pulse of industry trends, leading and new brands and opportunities
