Job Description
As a National Account Manager at Wearewild.com, you will take full P&L ownership of major UK retail partnerships. You will manage high-impact relationships with retailers like Boots and Sainsbury’s, driving strategic growth and category expansion. This role combines data-led forecasting with cross-functional leadership to scale a market-leading sustainable brand.

What You Will Do
- Lead strategic growth for key retail partners including Boots and Sainsbury’s, managing investment decisions and category expansion opportunities.
- Analyze EPOS and market data to optimize performance, manage sales forecasts, and lead monthly business reviews with senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and product teams to execute high-impact retail campaigns and ensure seamless product availability.
The ideal candidate
- At least 2 years of experience in account management within the UK FMCG or retail sector, specifically managing major national accounts.
- Strong commercial acumen with proven success in P&L management, contract negotiations, and driving ROI through promotional planning.
- Proficiency in using data-driven insights and forecasting tools to manage complex supply chains and identify market trends.
