Foodservice National Account Manager – Bakery / Desserts
Company
We are working with a fast-growing premium bakery and cake manufacturer that has built an excellent reputation for quality, innovation and customer service across the UK foodservice market. The business produces a wide range of high-quality bakery, cake and dessert products, supplying leading coffee shops, hospitality operators, restaurants, hotels and foodservice customers.
With an exciting growth story in the UK and the backing of a wider European group with revenues of c.€600m, this is a business with genuine momentum, investment and long-term career opportunities.
Role
The role of Foodservice National Account Manager will take responsibility for growing the foodservice channel, managing and developing the relationship with Bidfood while also driving growth across end-user customers including restaurants, hotels, coffee shops and pub groups. Existing customers include Black Sheep Coffee, Warner Hotels, Loungers and Greene King, among others.

This is a highly commercial role that will involve identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer partnerships, and working closely with internal NPD teams to develop bespoke products that meet customer requirements and unlock new growth.
Requirements
We are looking for a commercially driven National Account Manager with a strong understanding of Bidfood and proven experience winning new business with end users across foodservice, hospitality, coffee shop, restaurant, hotel or pub group channels. Private label experience would be highly advantageous, and exposure to bakery, cakes or desserts would be a real bonus.

Location & Benefits
The role is home based, with travel to the office once a fortnight, and offers a salary of up to £60,000, company car or £6,000 car allowance, 10% bonus, pension and benefits.
