Position Summary
The National Accounts Coordinator provides end-to-end administrative support to the Senior National Accounts Manager and Commercial Team across sales, trade marketing, wholesale and inventory planning operations for Boots.

Responsibilities
Job responsibilities
Manage day to day administration of sales, trade marketing, wholesale and inventory planning for the brand(s) with all retailers Support National Accounts with delivering trade marketing activities. Liaise with Marketing to submit creative briefs, and receive creative assets back timely, submit assets to retailers on time. Support National Accounts with delivering trading plan promotions, getting global approvals where required Own and complete retailer (NPD process) new line forms, nomination, Joiners & leavers and line list forms, in line with their critical path requirements Liaise with internal Demand Planner to ensure smooth tracking of newness and basic replenishment order. Liaise with Demand Planner to report on monthly wholesale achieved versus internal forecasts Liaise with internal teams on store opening processes ensuring the National Accounts & Marketing Team responsibilities are managed within required timescales Liaise internally & externally to form excellent relationships with all departments ensuring everyone is kept fully informed Collate & communicate weekly, monthly sales and sku analysis reports as requested by National Accounts Team Collating information & producing presentations for external/internal meetings as necessary To undertake special projects as required in line with the needs of the business & for personal development

REQUIREMENTS Essential Boots experience is preferable Excellent interpersonal skills Possess Excel skills at intermediate/advanced level Proficient in Word and PowerPoint Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritise workload Commercially aware with the ability to analyse information and offer recommendations Excellent written and verbal communications skills Ability to maintain a positive outlook while working in a busy environment
