About the Role We are seeking a driven National Business Development Manager to lead strategic growth across the Diversey UK portfolio. In this role, you will identify and secure new national-level retail opportunities, build strong pipelines, and open doors with major Retail accounts. Once deals are secured, clients will transition to our Key Account Managers for ongoing relationship management. This position is ideal for someone who excels at building relationships, identifying opportunities, and shaping commercial strategy on a national scale. Key Responsibilities · Generate leads with national accounts through networking, events, trade fairs, and market activity · Target and secure new national customers · Build and maintain strong business funnels in Salesforce · Develop and nurture relationships with decision-makers and key influencers · Support sales enablement by implementing measures that simplify the sales process · Promote the use of remote sales and service tools · Engage with key opinion leaders to strengthen the Diversey value proposition Experience and Skills · Experience in Retail Business Development, B2B sales, or Large Corporate Accounts · Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM systems · Full UK Driving Licence · Strong communication and influencing skills · Adaptable, resilient, and motivated to succeed What We Offer · Fully expensed company vehicle · 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays) · Competitive pension scheme options · Accident and Life Insurance (1x to 4x annual salary) · Enhanced maternity and paternity pay · Cycle to Work Scheme · PerkBox discounts and wellbeing platform A Note to Candidates We understand that not every candidate will meet every requirement listed.
