Who we are

From personal leasing for individual customers through to managing entire fleets for some of the UK's best-known brands. At Novuna Vehicle Solutions We're leading the way with Electric Vehicle Leasing, Alternative Fuels and Fleet Electrification. From installing home-charging units for individual drivers to helping our commercial fleet customers select vehicles and plan their infrastructure.

What you'll do

You'll play a key role in expanding Novuna's presence across the public sector, including local authorities, NHS organisations, and government departments. You'll build trusted partnerships and deliver innovative fleet solutions that make a genuine difference.

As part of our highly successful Specialist Assets team, you'll have the autonomy, visibility and support to influence strategic growth initiatives, shape customer solutions and contribute directly to the continued success of one of our most profitable business areas. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys opening doors, developing existing relationships and leading complex, high-value opportunities from initial engagement through to contract award.

The role is field-based, with travel to customers across the UK around 2–3 days a week, plus regular visits to our Trowbridge and Newbury offices to stay connected with the wider team.

You'll Also

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow our public sector portfolio
  • Build trusted relationships with councils, government bodies, NHS organisations and procurement stakeholders
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities through prospecting, networking and market engagement
  • Lead customer presentations, solution proposals and tender responses

You'll be a confident and credible business development professional who combines strong commercial acumen with a genuine passion for relationship building.

You'll Be a Great Fit If You Have

  • Knowledge of commercial vehicle leasing and fleet management
  • Strong understanding of public sector procurement frameworks and tendering processes
  • A confident, friendly approach to building relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Good commercial awareness, including pricing, deal assessment, and understanding financial data
