Project Context and Scope
The consultancy will be carried out within the framework of the IOM project “Improving migration governance and access to services for displaced Afghans in Pakistan and Central Asia”, funded by the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship department of Canada (IRCC) under the International Migration Capacity Building Program (IMCBP).
Within this consultancy the following activities will be supported:

- In coordination with IOM, provide support in developing the training materials for K-9 Units of the agency carrying surveillance of green border in the country;
- In coordination with IOM, provide support in developing the training materials for K-9 Units of the agency responsible for emergency response in the country;
- In coordination with IOM, to conduct the 3-day training on “Search and Rescue Operations” for Border Service and Ministry of Emergency officers;
- In coordination with IOM, development of SOPs for the state agencies' K-9 Units on joint trainings on Search and Rescue operations
