About the Role
You will work as a National Course Advisor in a hybrid role combining customer service (traditional call centre tasks) with account management (building long-term relationships). Key responsibilities include:
- Handling high call volumes while nurturing and developing relationships through phone calls or virtual meetings
- Organising and supporting campus-based activities (e.g., tours, recruitment events)
- Guiding prospective students in their pathways toward careers in creative media and music production

This is not a "rear desks" role—it blends enquiry handling, virtual appointments, sales-enablement, and account management, requiring flexibility to tailor approaches for individual leads and accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalised advice and support to prospective students via phone, email, video calls, and in-person events
- Inspire, motivate, and build trust to position ADE Education UK as a leader in the sector
- Proactively work leads into campus activities, career roadshows, and decision-making layers
- Drive conversions by maintaining high call-handling standards and engagement
- Visit campuses in the UK and countrywide to support evenings, days, and weekends as needed
- Organise and coordinate events (e.g., tours, conferences, recruitment fairs)
- Upsell and cross-sell across the entire range of programmes
Requirements
About You:
- Personable, confident, friendly, and approachable, with a natural ability to inspire trust and motivation
- Self-motivated to exceed targets, with passion for education and creative industries
- Highly adaptable, able to manage dynamic workloads, juggle pressures, and thrive in challenging but supportive environments
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences
- Strong organisational and creativity, prioritising tasks and managing change effectively
- Empathetic and professional, with discretion and confidentiality awareness
- Team player with resilience and a cando attitude—comfortable working partnerships, weekends, evenings, and across UK locations
- Reliable, honest, and solution-focused, capable of reading feedback correctly and balancing delivery alongside genuine dialogue
