Location: Liverpool
Salary: Up to £28,785 + Commission
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days (including evenings and weekends – no fixed pattern)
Reporting to: Head of Student Recruitment

The Role
As a National Course Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for students looking to start their creative journey. You’ll:
- 🎧 Build meaningful relationships with prospective students and their families, from first conversation to enrolment.
- 📞 Proactively engage leads via phone, video calls, and email, tailoring every interaction to the individual.
- 🎯 Drive conversions and keep prospects engaged through thoughtful follow-up and relationship management.
- 🤝 Work closely with our recruitment and admissions teams to deliver an exceptional applicant experience.
- 🎤 Represent SAE and ICMP at events, open days, and campus tours, both in-person and online.
- 🚀 Play a key role in achieving (and exceeding!) enrolment targets, ensuring every student feels supported and inspired.
This is a sales-driven role, not a HR recruitment position, ideal for someone who loves engaging people, achieving goals, and making a real impact.
What We’re Looking For
We’re after someone with drive, empathy, energy and the skills to match:
Essential:
- ✅ Proven success in a target-driven sales or recruitment role.
- ✅ Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills.
- ✅ Experience handling high call volumes while maintaining warmth and quality.
- ✅ Knowledge of the higher education sector and student recruitment cycles.
- ✅ Competence with CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- ✅ Flexible, team-oriented, and happy to work evenings, weekends, and travel when required.

Desirable:

- ⭐ A passion for creative media, film, audio, or music production.
- ⭐ A full UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK.
