National Field Manager - PepsiCo

Full time, Permanent

Salary: £42,000 - £45,000 per annum + up to 15% bonus + Company Car

Working: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Location: National with ideal location around the Midlands

Representing globally recognised brands, you’ll play a key role in helping PepsiCo create'more smiles with every bite’ through the Snacks and Grains portfolio - building strong customer partnerships and unlocking new growth opportunities.

The Role: What You’ll Be Doing

  • Strategic Leadership: Define the national direction of the sales team, using data-driven insights to propose new initiatives and drive value.
  • Performance Management: Measure team performance against targets and develop turn-around strategies for any areas of underperformance.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring the client’s strategy is communicated and brought to life within the team.
  • Operational Excellence: Implement consistent, best-in-class operational processes and ensure standard operating systems are embedded across the account.
  • People Development: Lead, coach, and inspire a team of managers, creating a culture of recognition and developing training schedules to suit individual needs.

What We’re Looking For

  • Channel Experience: Away from Home/Out of Home or Wholesale/Route to Market experience
  • Proven People Leader: A track record of successful people management and a proven ability to increase field productivity.
  • Stakeholder Expert: Experience in developing and managing relationships with national-level client stakeholders.
  • Confident Communicator: Strong presentation skills with experience delivering clear, action-oriented messages to large, key customer groups.
  • Commercial Mindset: Advanced commercial acumen with the ability to analyse data, reporting, and ROI to drive continuous improvement.
  • Essential Requirements: A full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months
