National KAM - Residential Care Providers – Medication Management – UK
New role due to UK expansion

Our client simplifies home care with automated medication management that increases safety and frees up time for carers. Through smart technology, care recipients gain more independence, and carers can work more efficiently, while keeping medication safety at the forefront.
Due to their expansion plans in the UK, they now seek a talented Key Account Manager, on a national UK basis with a primary focus on both Funded and Private Care Homes.
Role Overview
Reporting to the UK Managing Director, the role encapsulates full ownership from strategy through to delivery — translating partnership strategy into tangible outcomes, including qualified pipeline, signed contracts, and successful, scalable implementations.
The Key Account Manager (KAM) - Residential Care Providers is responsible for building, strengthening and nurturing the relationships with the company's key accounts, ensuring their needs are met and they receive maximum value from the company's products and services to ensure customer success, strong local reference stories and enable fast scale-up.

Additionally, the KAM will focus on new business development activities by identifying potential new key accounts, establishing strong relationships and closing sales deals to support profitable and aggressive growth in selected market areas. KAM actively identifies and works with all levels across national and premium / innovation led residential care providers from CEO to care managers to make sure that all critical stakeholders understand the products value proposition and support service implementation and scale-up.
Candidate Experience Required
- Proven track record in technology enabled care solution/consultative selling to national and premium / innovation led residential care providers (as KAM)
- Excellent selling, negotiation and relationship building skills
- Attitude to close deals
- Strong consultative selling skills, strong change management skills and social skills to build strong relations.
- Business and financial understanding (at “C-level”)
- Good understanding of public sector and procurement processes
- Knowledge in sales processes and sales tactics in public sector
- Track record of launching new technology concept to UK Market, knowledge and understanding is an advantage
- Established network and being able to demonstrate senior stakeholder relationships essential, across national and premium / innovation led residential care providers
- Experience in change management
- Salesforce skills essential
- MS Office skills essential
- Excellent documentation skills

This is an individual contributor role with significant cross-functional leadership responsibility, requiring influence without authority across commercial, operational, and product teams.
Role Significance
This role is a key position within the UK business. As the UK business grows, there is potential to further expand into a management role, in line with the companies ambitious growth plans.
Compensation
A Highly Competitive Basic, Bonus and Benefits package will be paid.
