National Organisational Development Lead - Charity Sector - c£52,000 - Flexible Location

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Organisational Development Specialist to join a leading charity.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating and managing the OD plan across specific functions and programmes
  • Supporting the professional development of OD specialists through coaching and capability building
  • Delivering OD interventions in complex contexts, including work with senior leadership teams
  • Supporting the design, development, and delivery of leadership and people management programmes
  • Managing the development of talent management and succession initiatives
  • Contributing to evaluation and feedback processes

You should be an experienced Organisational Development Specialist with a track record of leading and developing a team in a large complex organisation. Experience of designing and delivering leadership development programmes needs to be combined with a strong understanding of organisational development, culture change, and team dynamics. Excellent stakeholder management skills are essential.
